Ban status
If you were disconnected from the Minecraft server, or can't join, the screen you saw tells you where you stand and how to respond. A hold or a suspension starts with HOLD or SUSP — a hold ends when the review does, or when you respond if it's waiting on you; a suspension ends when it expires; a permanent ban starts with FINAL-NA only when it's closed — with no status word in front of the reason, you can ask to come back. A note from staff
A correction or a warning — the first word of the note says which. Nothing is blocked; you'll see it on your next login. A correction is a reminder; a warning is recorded. No response is needed unless you have a question — open a ticket if you do.
Chat and voice muted
You can still play; chat — and in-game voice, where it's linked to chat — is paused for the time shown. It's for chat conduct, and it ends on its own.
HOLD — temporary review hold
Not a finding. Your access is paused while staff review something. It ends when the review does — usually within days — or, when the review needs you (a shop underpayment, say), when you respond. Open a support ticket in our Discord (or email [email protected] if you can't) to respond — you can explain, add context, or ask what evidence exists. You'll get a written decision with reasons.
SUSP — suspension
A temporary ban after a finding. It expires on its own at the time shown. It's recorded, and a further violation may lead to final removal. Questions go in your ticket.
Ban — you can ask to come back
A ban from Minecraft after a finding, for something that isn't on the immediate-removal list; the reason on your screen is in plain words, with no status word in front of it. We'd like to help you come back and play within the rules: ask through a support ticket in our Discord, or by email to [email protected] if you no longer have Discord access. A first theft ban usually ends in a return, with a final warning and a wipe — inventory, ender chest, containers, and stashes cleared, shop stock and profits removed; builds stay. A second theft is permanent. Staff decide on the facts; an appeal is a review, not a debate.

A permanent Discord ban after a finding. One written appeal, no earlier than 12 months after the ban, to [email protected].
FINAL-NA — final removal, no appeal
The violation is on the immediate-removal list. Permanent on both Minecraft and Discord, and closed.
