Safety Reporting
Cozy MC, LLC
Immediate danger. Cozy MC is not an emergency service, and this reporting route is not monitored continuously. If anyone is in immediate physical danger, an in-person confrontation is imminent, or there is a current threat involving stalking, swatting, blackmail, account compromise, an exact address, or a live location, contact local emergency services or law enforcement.
Do not send evidence with the initial report. Describe the category of concern and wait for instructions. Do not send attachments, real names, profiles, addresses, voice recordings, intimate media, credentials, complete conversations, or compiled dossiers.
This reporting form is for people who are at least 13 and meet the minimum age required for Cozy and Discord in their country, or for an adult parent, guardian, attorney, or legally authorized representative. A person under 13 must ask a parent or guardian to contact Cozy on their behalf.

Where the conduct occurred on Discord, also use Discord's official in-app reporting tools when you have legitimate access to the original message.
Current Cozy members
If you can access the Cozy Discord, ordinarily open a private support ticket.
Use the external safety-reporting form only when:
- You cannot access the Discord ticket system
- The report concerns a conflict involving ordinary ticket access
- You are contacting Cozy as a parent, guardian, attorney, or authorized representative
- You have another legitimate reason not to use Discord
Banned or departed users
A permanent Discord ban remains final and nonappealable.
A banned or departed person may nevertheless make a new safety report concerning a current Cozy member or a current Cozy safety risk.
Submitting a safety report does not reopen, reconsider, appeal, or affect an existing ban and does not restore access.
Parents, guardians, attorneys, and outside witnesses
A parent, legal guardian, attorney, legally authorized representative, firsthand witness, or direct recipient of reported information may use this route even if they are not a Cozy member.
Do not provide real-world names or other identifying information unless Cozy later determines that one narrowly defined item is necessary.
This is not an appeal route
Safety reports do not reopen, reconsider, or affect an existing ban.
Minecraft-only appeals are available through the Cozy Discord support-ticket system.
Discord bans are final and nonappealable. A person removed from Discord cannot use email or this form to appeal a Minecraft ban.
Third-party and secondhand reports
A third-party or secondhand report may be screened for urgency and current safety risk. Clearly identify what you personally know and what someone else told you. Do not investigate, collect new evidence, coordinate statements, or ask another person to send material through you.
Multiple summaries, retellings, or copies of the same underlying account are not automatically independent corroboration.
Support people and intermediaries
A reporter may seek appropriate support from a parent, guardian, spouse or established partner, attorney, licensed professional, official platform safety team, emergency services, or law enforcement.
An adult may also confide privately in one ordinary close friend for genuine emotional support.
A support person must not be used to investigate, collect evidence, relay staff questions, contact or confront another person, pressure witnesses, appeal a ban, or litigate the case on the reporter's behalf, unless that person is an attorney or other legally authorized representative acting within that role.
Response-time policy
Reports receive an automatic acknowledgment.
Cozy normally conducts an initial human review within two business days. Some reports may take up to three business days.
This route is not monitored continuously and is not an emergency service.
Every coherent safety submission will be screened for scope, urgency, and next steps. Receipt does not guarantee a full investigation, enforcement action, restoration of access, or a particular outcome.
Where reasonably possible, the reporter will receive an administrative update stating whether:
- More limited information is needed
- The concern has been referred to another platform or authority
- The report is outside Cozy's scope
- The available information is insufficient for further action
- A review has been opened or closed
Privacy and safety may prevent Cozy from disclosing evidence, witness information, another person's response, or the details of any action taken.
Do not send evidence with your initial report
Your first report should describe the issue in writing and identify only the category of information or conduct involved.
Do not initially send or enter:
- Real-world names
- Exact ages or birthdates
- Home addresses or live locations
- Schools or workplaces
- Personal phone numbers or private email addresses
- Personal social-media usernames, profile links, or full profiles
- Face photographs or identifying personal videos
- Government identification or proof-of-age documents
- Passwords, login credentials, recovery codes, tokens, or account-access information
- Nude, intimate, or sexually explicit images or videos
- Material suspected to depict a person under 18 sexually
- Live voice-call recordings
- Transcripts, summaries, or quotations created by listening to a prohibited voice recording
- Complete private-message histories
- Compiled PDFs, dossiers, ZIP files, or archives
- Screenshots or other attachments
- Unrelated information about third parties
Give a Discord username and a Minecraft username if you know them. Do not give real-world names.
The form has no upload field. Preserve any existing original material without editing or circulating it. Cozy will request one narrowly defined source item only when necessary.

Under 13? Do not submit this form. A person under 13 must not submit this form directly. Ask a parent or legal guardian to contact Cozy on your behalf.
Cozy does not ask for an exact age, birthdate, school grade, identification, or any age-verification document.

The initial email should contain only:
- Your Discord and Minecraft usernames, if you have them
- The current Cozy username involved
- What you personally experienced, saw, or directly received
- What, if anything, someone else told you
- The approximate date and platform
- Whether the conduct or information is still circulating
- Whether there is an immediate or continuing safety concern
- Whether an original Discord message still exists

Cozy does not intentionally add your IP address, browser details, or request headers to the safety submission or the resulting email. Submissions are delivered by email only and are not stored in a website database.
